As a Concrete Production Worker, you will work together with your colleagues on the production of various concrete drainage products used in infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and abroad.

You will be involved in different stages of the production process, from preparing moulds and assembling components to pouring concrete, removing finished elements from the moulds and completing the final finishing work.

Working Hours

You will work full-time from Monday to Friday.

The position operates in a shifted day-shift schedule between:

06:00 and 18:00

Responsibilities

As a Concrete Production Worker, your responsibilities include:

Preparing moulds by adjusting them to the correct size and applying oil.
Assembling components inside the mould according to technical drawings and instructions.
Pouring concrete into the prepared moulds.
Removing finished concrete elements from the moulds.
Finishing concrete elements and correcting any irregularities.
Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
Following all applicable health and safety procedures.
Working together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.

Candidate Profile

You are motivated and work well as part of a team.
You have previous experience in the concrete industry and with moulds for concrete products.
You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
You are able to read technical drawings.
You are comfortable with physical and hands-on work.
You do not mind getting your hands dirty.
You have a strong eye for quality.
You are interested in a long-term position.

The Company Offers

Salary €2,470 net per month.
25 paid vacation days per year when working full-time.
8% holiday allowance.

Accommodation costs of €185 per week, including water, electricity, gas and internet. The rent is deducted weekly from your salary.

The company manufactures a wide range of products, including gullies, manhole covers, hatches and different types of drainage, grid, cable and concealed gutters.

With more than 80 years of experience, the organisation supports infrastructure projects both in the Netherlands and abroad. Around 100 employees work at the Nederweert location, where the working atmosphere is informal and teamwork plays an important role.
