Are you an experienced plumber looking for a long-term opportunity in the Netherlands? Do you have several years of experience with plumbing installations and are you comfortable working independently on technical projects? Then this position could be a great opportunity for you.

As a Plumber, you will work on the installation, maintenance and repair of gas, water, heating and ventilation systems. Depending on the project, you may work in residential buildings, industrial facilities or shipyard environments.

You will be expected to work independently, follow technical plans and complete installations according to the required quality and safety standards.

Working Hours

You will work:

8 hours per day
5 days per week
40 hours per week

Scheduled breaks normally include:

15-minute morning break
30-minute lunch break
15-minute afternoon break

Overtime and weekend hours are paid according to Dutch legislation.

Responsibilities

As a Plumber, your responsibilities include:

Installing, maintaining and repairing gas installations.
Installing and maintaining water systems.
Working on heating installations.
Installing and maintaining ventilation systems.
Carrying out plumbing work in residential and industrial buildings and, depending on the project, shipyard environments.
Installing and completing technical systems according to project requirements.
Working according to technical plans and instructions.
Ensuring that completed work meets the required quality standards.
Following all applicable health and safety procedures.
Working together with colleagues and other members of the project team.
Identifying and resolving technical issues independently where possible.

Candidate Profile

You have several years of experience as an all-round Plumber.
You are able to work independently.
You have relevant technical training, a certificate or comparable professional qualification.
Additional job-related courses are considered an advantage.
You have good communication skills and can communicate effectively with colleagues and subcontractors.
You preferably have communicative English skills.
You are able to read and work according to technical plans.
You have a strong awareness of workplace safety.
You work accurately and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
A valid driving licence is preferred.
Having your own car is considered an advantage.
You do not need to provide your own tools.

The Company Offers

A salary of €600–€650 net per week.
A full-time working schedule of 40 hours per week.
Overtime and weekend work paid according to Dutch legislation.
An initial employment period of 52 worked weeks under Dutch employment conditions.
